Brakes

  1. We always start with a test drive to verify customer complaint.
  2. We then follow this up with a thorough 4 wheel brake inspection which includes removing all four wheels and examining brake components such as rotors, calipers, brake lines, and fluid level.
  3. If service is needed, we estimate the cost to repair and contact you for authorization. Electrical troubleshooting of Anti-lock Braking Systems (ABS) is also performed when applicable.

A/C

Air conditioning service is comprised of 5 steps:
  1. Evacuate the system and recycle any remaining Freon
  2. Draw system down to a vacuum and leak check for negative pressure
  3. Inject oil dye and Charge system with appropriate amount of Freon per manufacturer specs
  4. Leak check system for leaks
  5. In the event there is a leak, we estimate the repair and call you for authorization.

Engine Service

This includes replacing engines, cylinder head Gasket repairs, water pumps, valve cover gaskets, timing belts, timing chains, oil leaks of all kinds, intake manifold gaskets, drivability issues.


Diagnostics

Computer Diagnostics can be challenging for any shop. We offer the latest in state-of-the-art technology to help diagnose today’s advanced vehicle systems.

We first:
  • Verify customer complaint, test drive if necessary
  • If symptom can be duplicated, we isolate the problem
  • We estimate the repair and call you for authorization
Sometimes cars do not “play fair”. It will require patience on behalf of our technicians and the customer and is billed by the hour. We will keep you informed every step of the way.

Steering & Suspension

This includes alignments, inspecting shocks, struts, hub bearing assemblies, Tires, wheels, inner & outer tie rod ends, power steering pumps & rack assemblies, power steering lines, and electrical diagnosis when applicable. We estimate and call you for authorization.

Electrical Diagnostics

Electrical troubleshooting begins with:
  • Duplicating customer complaint
  • Isolating the troubled circuit
  • Estimating the cost of repair and calling you for authorization
Depending on the nature of the problem, this can require varying amounts of time and is billed by the hour.

Oil Changes

We begin with:
  • Thorough 26 pt vehicle inspection and brake inspection
  • Checking all belts, hoses, wipers, tire pressure & condition
  • Replacing oil, oil filter, and filling with quality Mobil oil products
  • Lube chassis when applicable
